CCC Financial Year 2023-2024
In the fiscal year spanning from April 2023 to March 2024, CCC has demonstrated excellence in its animal birth control program, setting a notable benchmark in the field.
Operating across five centers in the Pune and PCMC areas, CCC provides free sterilisation services to stray dogs, complemented by post-operative care, anti-rabies, and 9-in-1 vaccinations for each canine. During this period, CCC successfully sterilised a total of 17,000 stray dogs, a testament to the organization’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of these stray dogs. Adhering rigorously to the Animal Welfare Board of India’s (AWBI) prescribed 5-day ABC (Animal Birth Control) process, CCC ensures meticulous care for every dog admitted to its facilities.
At CCC centers, each dog receives comprehensive attention and medical support, ensuring their well-being and full recovery. CCC’s ongoing efforts underscore its dedication to controlling the population of stray dogs through compassionate and humane means, exemplifying its role as a leader today in stray dog population management through efficient sterilisation practices in India.
CCC’s achievements in this fiscal year reflect its strategic planning, effective implementation, and the collective efforts of its dedicated team. By continuing to innovate and adhere to best practices, CCC is determined to make even greater strides in animal welfare and population control in the years to come.
